The 90-Day Plan · To Be Seen
Getting the right eyes on the real thing · June to September 2026
ORIGINAL DOCUMENT · 15 JUNE 2026 · AVAILABLE ABOVE
This plan sits on the Messaging Foundation, and now carries one clear goal to measure everything against. The foundation decides what Nicole says. This decides where she is seen saying it, who we want to see it, and how we will know it worked.
It is a blend, with one clear lead. Three thirty-day arcs, each completing in something visible. Built for a busy board director, not a content machine: a few things, placed precisely.
To Be Seen
Everything in this plan is measured against one thing. Without it, visibility is just noise. With it, every choice has a test to pass.
To make Nicole seen online, clearly and unapologetically, by the people already in the thick of the transformation, so the right ones can find the door.
Who we want to be seen by. Thought leaders, next-level changemakers, impactors, and the people, groups and organisations already moving with momentum on the transformation. Not everyone. The ones who appreciate the view, and who are asking for the depth she goes to.
The shift we are making. From a knowing that only lands once you have met her, the word-of-mouth that means someone has to be in the room to understand what they are looking at, to a presence that is searchable, present, and undeniable. Visible. Known. Doing. Someone hears her name, searches it, and thinks: this is the real thing.
The posture. No apology for the truth. Positioned differently, because we do this differently. No expectations placed on who comes through. Just enough of the right eyes on it that the ones who can collaborate, or who feel the call, will find the door. We attract by depth, not by reach.
The portal stays private. It is Nicole's own experience, and it holds her inner room. The world meets her through the trailer and the positioning, never the portal. Keep that line firm.
How We Know It Is Working
We measure resonance with the aligned, not reach with everyone. A hundred of the right eyes is worth more than ten thousand of the wrong ones. The signals:
- The search test. Her name, searched, returns one coherent, undeniable presence, the positioning and the trailer, that makes the right person stop and lean in.
- Inbound from the aligned. The right people and organisations reaching out to collaborate or invite, without needing a warm introduction first.
- Witnessed among her peers. Referenced, invited and tagged by the momentum-orgs and changemakers she already belongs among.
- Depth over breadth. The right few leaning all the way in, rather than the many skimming past. Quality of attention, not quantity.
The Shape of It
A blend, in a clear order of priority.
Lead with the platform. Public expression is what gets her in front of new eyes. Speaking, a small number of considered articles, and a living LinkedIn presence. The most visible change, and it compounds.
The engine is the model. The Threshold keeps every public piece from sounding like generic leadership content. Each piece is powered by the model, so visibility builds authority and not just noise.
The hero is the trailer. The felt statement of her world, almost wordless, the thing a stranger stops on and shares. It is the piece that makes her undeniable online, and the centrepiece of being seen.
The destination is the aligned. Not applause, and not reach. The right people witnessing the real thing, which becomes the collaborations, rooms and invitations that matter.
Lead with the platform. The engine is the model. The hero is the trailer. The destination is the aligned.
The Private and the Public
Two hero pieces sit at the centre of this, and it matters which is which.
- The Portal. Private. Nicole's own experience, her anchor and her touchstone, and it holds her inner room. It is not for the world. It is where she returns to remember who she is.
- The Trailer. Public. The wordless statement of her world, built to make the aligned stop and lean in. This is the one that travels, the thing the search test lands on.
The portal can absolutely be shared with Nicole herself now, as a gift. Just not published. The public face of all of this is the trailer plus the positioning surfaces.
Signal Over Volume
Nicole's whole message is that the answer to complexity is not louder, faster, more. Her visibility has to practise what it preaches. So the cadence is deliberately restrained and high-signal:
- LinkedIn. About one considered post a week, each carrying one owned phrase. Presence, not flooding.
- Signature pieces. One longer article or artefact a month. The things she points people to.
- Rooms. One or two yeses a month to the right stage or conversation, not every invitation.
This is sustainable for a working board director, and it is on-brand. Restraint reads as authority. Each thing she puts out is worth more because there is less of it.
Establish the Ground
Make the spine undeniable, and name the aligned. By day 30, anyone who finds her meets one truth, and we know exactly whose eyes we want.
- Align every surface. LinkedIn headline and About, the website hero, the speaker bio, the email signature: all carry Systems Transition Broker and the throughline line. One identity, everywhere someone might land. (TLIS.)
- Publish the cornerstone. One definitive LinkedIn article that states the reframe, that the systems are not broken, and introduces The Threshold in her voice. Repurpose the Leadership WA and FACCI speeches, so this is low lift and unmistakably hers.
- Start the weekly rhythm. Four considered posts across the month, each built on one owned phrase. Begin training the right audience to associate her with the language.
- Capture the proof. Two short moments posts from the award and the keynote: a photo and a single idea each. Position her as already in demand, without saying so.
- Name the aligned. Draft the private list of the specific people, organisations and platforms already in the thick of the transformation, the ones whose eyes are the goal. Drawn from her network, her future-roles list, and the Premier's priority areas.
The named win. The spine is visible, and the aligned are named.
Turn the Model Outward, and Build the Hero
The model becomes portable, and the trailer takes shape.
- Publish the model as a short series. A handful of posts, or one carousel, on the three moves (Sense, Design, Shift) and the three deliverables (Coherence, Coalition, Capacity). The architecture is already written; this is repackaging.
- Make the signature visual. A clean one-page diagram of The Threshold a board chair or journalist can grasp in ten seconds, and that she can share anywhere. (TLIS.)
- Build the trailer. Write the experience first, then produce it. The felt statement of her world, almost wordless, that makes a stranger stop. This is the hero artifact, and it is the piece the whole goal turns on. (TLIS leads.)
- Step outside the WA rooms. Secure one speaking slot or podcast that is not a home-crowd audience, ideally among the aligned. Pitch angle: systems change is human first.
- Open the warm conversations. Personal notes to a first few of the named aligned, led by relationship and the model, not by ask. The opener is simply: here is what I am building now, I would value your thinking.
The named win. The model is portable, and the trailer exists.
Be Seen
The trailer reaches the aligned, visibility becomes invitations, and the engine runs on its own.
- Release the trailer as the statement. Put it where the aligned already gather, and let it carry her. The centrepiece of being seen, and the thing her name now leads to.
- Land the flagship. One keynote or panel presenting The Threshold as her signature, to a national or international audience. The opening film and speech deck already built make her platform-ready.
- Progress the aligned. Move two or three warm conversations into real collaborations, board or advisory, with a one-page how I work as the leave-behind.
- Publish the capstone. One article tying her twenty-year portfolio to the single pattern it taught her: I have done all of it, and here is the one thing it taught me.
- Set the engine to repeat. Lock a simple monthly rhythm she can sustain alone, and then measure against the goal: run the search test, count the inbound from the aligned, notice where she is being witnessed among her peers.
The named win. The right eyes are on the real thing, and the aligned are finding the door.

Who Does What
This plan doubles as Scarlet's working brief. Most of the building is TLIS; most of the being-in-the-room is Nicole.
TLIS / Scarlet holds
- The rhythm. Keeping the weekly and monthly cadence moving so Nicole does not have to carry it.
Nicole holds
- The rooms and the relationships. The yeses, the warm notes in her own hand, the conversations only she can have.
- The voice. Final say on every word that goes out as hers, and which doors to walk through.
What Stays Out
- The portal stays private. It is hers. The world is met by the trailer and the positioning, never the inner experience.
- No chasing the unaligned. Reach for its own sake is not the goal. We are not trying to be seen by everyone, only by the right ones.
- No diluting the truth. We do not soften the difference to be more palatable. The difference is the point.
- No hustle theatre. No urgency-coded launches, no manufactured hot takes. The presence is composed, like she is.
The portal is her private anchor. The trailer and the positioning carry her to the world. And the whole of it is measured against one thing: to be seen by the ones who were always meant to find her.
